>Learn the risks before you start the work
>Always monitor the risk
>Perform Last Minute Risk Analysis before you start to work
>Always use certified fall protection
>Always tie off to appropriate anchorage points
>Take measures to prevent tools and equipment from falling
>Immediately report unsafe conditions
>Routinely report downgraded situations
>Everybody can stop the work if the risk is not properly managed
>Do not perform if you are in doubt
>Never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs
>Do not perform work without a valid work permit and proper training
>Always make sure to obtain a new permit when conditions change
>Do not start up or shut down equipment or installations without using the appropriate, written operating procedures
>Do not stay under suspended loads
>Inspect the lifting equipments before use
>Load must be secured and controlled
>Do not perform if you are not instructed
>Ensure the power has been rendered inoperative
>Ensure lockout-tagout system is in place
>Carry out earthing
>Check the inspections
>Do your own inspection before use
>Always wear appropriate PPE for the work

>Do not enter confined spaces until isolation is verified and the atmosphere is safe
