IT Energy LLC in Ukraine is successfully acquired

We have successfully acquired IT Energy LLC, which is headquartered in Ukraine.

To strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian market, in light of due diligence reports, we decided to acquire IT Energy LLC, a company with both active CC2 and CC3 construction licenses that can operate in the market as an EPC contractor or service provider for wind and solar projects without any additional requirements. 

Ukrainian legislation has always required construction companies to obtain licenses for construction and installation works of average consequence (СС2) and significant consequence (CC3) facilities.

Given our recent installation award at one of Ukraine's largest wind farms, Yuzhne, we believe this acquisition will be key to expanding our activities in the Ukrainian market.
