Description:

As HSEQ Manager, you are the driver of the continuous improvement process with regard to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. You have both an operational and a coordinating role, and you are a sparring partner for the management in the field of HSEQ.

Your duty will be:

• Adjusting, drawing up, implementing, and maintaining procedures and/or work instructions with regard to HSEQ,

• Implementation of a “continuous improvement framework”,

• Define and monitor KPI’s,

• Guide and execute both internal and external audits,

• Support training and provision of guidelines to the employees,

• Ensuring to obtain and maintain ISO certifications,

• Manage, monitor, and update quality documentation to meet customer requirements;

• Follow up complaints regarding the quality of our services,

• To carry out Management Site Audits / Inspections in the form of regular site visits,

• Investigation of accidents and severe incidents,

• Engage in projects to solve complex problems and attend meetings with key customers;

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and fulfillment of statutory obligations,

• Coordinate and performance assessment of internal and external HSE professionals,

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or similar;

• At least 5 years of HSE experience in the construction business, preferably experience in Wind construction, including management of sites at specific levels or managing multiple projects,

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001,

• International experience is an advantage,

• Fluent in English, other languages as a plus,

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools,

• You are quality-conscious, customer and service oriented and have good analytical skills,

• You can plan and organize well, and you are a good communicator,

• Able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentiality,

• Able to travel and work in a changing and rapidly developing environment,

• Able to identify issues, take responsibility, and implement solutions,
